‘THE SNOWBOARDING OF THE FUTURE’

As a PLP Custom Snowboard shaper and snowboard expert, I was kindly offered the opportunity to participate in the “Creative Workshop” at the Politecnico di Torino, Università degli Turin studies. The workshop entitled “THE SNOWBOARDING OF THE FUTURE” is part of the “Cognitive Ergonomics for Design” course held by Prof. Eleonora Buiatti , Faculty of Architecture.

  • THE FUTURE OF SNOWBOARDING

I am extremely honored to have been invited to share my experience and knowledge in the snowboarding field while exploring future design possibilities. This stimulating academic initiative is a great opportunity to meet students and professionals interested in defining the future of snowboarding in terms of ergonomics and design. I thank Prof.ssa Eleonora Buiatti and the University of Turin for this opportunity and I undertake to actively contribute during the workshop to promote innovation and excellence in the world of snowboarding.

During the first lesson held on December 12, 2022, I spent a very pleasant moment and noticed a great interest from an audience of 250 twenty-year-olds in the topic covered. I have strong faith in the new generations, considering that I have an 18-year-old daughter and therefore am in touch with her questions, concerns and wishes regarding the future of our wonderful planet, the Earth. I hope they will solve the problems that have been caused by previous generations. Together we can build a better future!
